TruCrumbl was born out of pure passion during the lockdown. What started as a hobby—baking simple cakes—soon turned into countless experiments with icing, designs, and customizations, all made from scratch. No premixes, no shortcuts, no outside edibles—just honest, homemade goodness. That’s how my little home bakery slowly grew into something very close to my heart.
I began baking at the end of 2019, during the lockdown. What started offline soon found its way to social media, where the love and support I received gave wings to my passion and boosted my sales.
In 2022, I had to pause this journey to pursue my higher studies. Like many, I thought my next step was to follow the corporate path. I took up a job, chased roles that seemed less tiring, and kept looking for the “perfect” salary. But deep inside, I knew I was not meant for the corporate world—I was born to create, to bake, and to build something of my own. After a year of juggling and struggling, I decided to return to what truly makes me happy: baking.
Back then, my brand was called ‘A Cake Mistake’, because I had started it unintentionally—without a plan, just passion. But this time, there’s no mistake. This time, it’s intentional, thoughtful, and here to stay. That’s why I rebranded to ‘TruCrumbl‘. The name TruCrumbl carries our essence—“Tru” stands for truth, honesty, and authenticity in everything we create, while “Crumbl” reflects the little joys, the sweet crumbs of happiness that come with every bite. Together, it symbolizes our promise: real, authentic bakes that leave behind memories as delightful as the last crumb.
